You MUST present a VALID form of I.D. such as: a NON-EXPIRED Driver’s License, a State I.D., Passport, Military I.D., Matricula Consular Card or a U.S. Certificate of Naturalization. 

Mobile Notary Public Fee $45 / Delivery to Chapel $26

Available daily. This are required fee if you would like the convenience of getting the license at our chapel.

 Marriage Certificate $19 (County Clerk Fee)

A Certificate is the legal proof needed to obtain certain benefits: Heath Insurance Programs, Social Security, Military Spousal Benefits, Joint Parenting, Joint Loans, Tax Filing, Inheritance, Immigration, Name Change, Family Leave, Right to Visit & More.

NOTE: You get a customer copy of the license, which serves as same-day temporary proof of marriage for most legal needs.

The L.A. County Clerk takes approx 6-8 weeks to process the Certificate after your ceremony, even if you marry there.

FACT: The L.A. County Clerk’s Office DOES NOT offer same-day, express Certificates. They only offer same-day, “express” 2 min window ceremonies. The license processing time is not expedited. 

Note: Realize that ALL County Clerk weddings have the look & feel of the DMV. Think flourescent-lit, dusty, old flat carpets, metal detectors, 2 minute window-wedding ceremonies. No bridal room, No wedding march, No privacy. No vibe. Scout them out. Your guests deserve better than that.

• PRO TIP: In a RUSH? Need the final certificate in just 1-5 DAYS? Obtain your license first in Thousand Oaks (The Ventura County Clerk > ) then bring it in on your wedding day here. There is No faster way to obtain the final certificate. Ask us how.

Pay 100% upfront online or just call us to pay a 50% non-refundable upfront payment to book. The balance would be due 3 weeks before the wedding.  Any renewal of vows saves -5% off the total. Military saves -5%.
