Terms & Conditions
Refunds: No refunds are given on any deposits or payments paid no matter the size of the amount. We only administer a service credit that expires 12 months after the date originally booked for the wedding at our chapel. Service credits can be applied to the following: Another date and time within 12 months of original date at our chapel only. Please be sure you want to be married as it is legally binding and that you want to be married here with us at Albertson Wedding Chapel before as there are no refunds.
Balances Due: Balances for services ordered are due 3 weeks before your ceremony day. I authorize Albertson Wedding Chapel to charge my debit or credit card for agreed upon purchases. I understand that my card information will be saved on file for future transactions on my account such as balances not paid.
Arrival: Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your ceremony start time. Guests can arrive 15 minutes prior to your start time. If you are late, your ceremony may be cut short or may have to be rescheduled.
Parking: Free parking in our shared lot is limited to a first come first served basis. Please tell guests to carpool, Uber/Lyft. Other options include a Party Limo/Van. There is street parking but please read all the posted signs. Paid parking is available at Lassen’s market on 8th and La Brea Ave.
Bridal Room: The Bridal room is available for you to use for 30 minutes before your ceremony start time. *You must check out of the Bridal room before your ceremony starts, just like checking out of a hotel room. We are not responsible for any items stolen or left in the Bridal room, so please appoint a contact person to keep your belongings with them before the start of your ceremony. If you do not have anyone to appoint please advise a coordinator and we will take your belongings in to the main chapel.
Photo/Video: The turnaround time is approximately 3-6 weeks. You will be receiving an email or text for your personal link to download all of your high resolution digital images from smugmug.com. Please download the images immediately. We only save your images for 1 month. FYI: Prints are not included in the photo packages. You may purchase prints from the same smug mug gallery we send you.
Limitation of Liability: We, the clients, agree to not hold Albertson Wedding Chapel or it’s owners responsible for any injuries incurred by clients or their guests while attending a wedding here. Clients agree that Albertson Wedding Chapel shall not be liable for any claims for emotional distress, mental anguish, consequential damages, loss of WI-FI signal, electricity outages, force majeure, pandemics, lost profit, loss of enjoyment, lost revenues, replacement costs, or punitive damages arising from any negligent act or omission on the part of any person (s) from Albertson Wedding Chapel including damaged or lost wedding photos or video.
Kids: For their safety, All children must be chaperoned by a parent or friend at all times. For their safety we do not allow running, jumping, or playing in the Albertson Wedding Chapel. We do not allow flower petals in our chapel. Any damages and/or broken fixtures incurred during the use of the AWC space will be addressed accordingly and are subject to a damages charge. Kids do count as guests unless they are infants
Payment Instructions
When you click on “Pay Now”, you will be taken to a Paypal Payment page. You do not need to have a Paypal account to use.
Please make sure to do the following:
1. Fill out with your names, phone number etc, on the input form.
2. Enter the amount you wish to pay. See below:
3. In the “Add special instructions to the seller” section, indicate your wedding date and time scheduled.
4. If you skipped the “Add special instructions to the seller” section please send us an email at thealbertson@gmail.com to confirm your wedding date and time.
You will receive an instant receipt from PayPal and we will send you a confirmation email from us as well shortly.
